Shipping + Returns

 

We always want to make sure that you love your purchase, but if it didn't meet your standards or it just wasn't meant to be, we are here to make sure that we can either find out why it didn't work out or how to help you get your money back.

 

Terms & Conditions:

We except returns and exchanges within 12 days of receiving your package, no exceptions. Items must be unused, no signs of damage, and returned with its original tags. Any item purchased on sale or with a discount code is FINAL SALE and will not eligible for a return or exchange. If you are making a return for a refund, you will be refunded the full amount for your product but not the original shipping cost and return shipping cost.

If for any reason you fail to follow through with any of our conditions unfortunately we will not be responsible. If you have any questions on whether you qualify for a return or exchange please e-mail us before sending back your item.

We are not responsible for items lost or stolen in the shipping process, shipping is a third party entity, please provide us with your tracking information when shipping returns.

 

RECAP: IMPORTANT (please read before sending items) :

  • All items for returns/exchanges must be in a sale-able condition and items must be unworn, unwashed, clean, and with original hang tag, nothing must be altered from original state.

  • You also must have the original receipt or proof of online purchase if received as a gift.

  • Order # and Billing name must be provided
